Before moving, the company had its offices on Zámocká street near the Bratislava Castle for 13 years. "We were looking for offices with lots of light and space. In the past couple of years, our departments were located in different offices separated by partition walls or even different floors. We were looking for a space that would support open communication and cooperation across all departments. We are experts in legislation, but we still need a creative and spacious office area where we can fully use our potential," says Anna Fábryová, Partner at LeitnerLeitner.

According to Fábryová, a company well-known for its highly qualified professional services needs an office of the highest standards. The design of UNIQ Staromestská combines modern architecture and an excellent location in the very centre of the city with good parking options. "This project met all our technical criteria, and moreover, we felt that it just fits with our personality. The entire team occupies the same floor, all departments are close to one another, which makes cooperation easier and boosts the atmosphere," adds Anna Fábryová.

She says that UNIQ Staromestská is the opposite of an enormous business centre with no soul. Just like other tenants, she believes that all employees and clients will feel comfortable here and happy to come back to LeitnerLeitner.

UNIQ Staromestská is a modern office building consisting of three underground and seven above-ground floors. An office area of 7,656 m2 meets all the needs of demanding clients, while retail shops and storage areas cover 917 m2. Thanks to cooperation of architects from Bogle Architects studio and CRESCO GROUP, a former parking lot has been replaced by a modern boutique project perfect for the prominent corner of Veterná and Staromestská streets. The building is managed by CBRE Property Management. The building has obtained LEED Gold certificate. In 2017, it was awarded with the Slovak University of Technology Award by the Faculty of Civil Engineering for the application of science and technology and one of three nominations for the main Construction of the Year 2017 award.
