The project located in the historical centre of Bratislava with internationally recognized green certificate LEED Gold provides high architectonical and design standards, but also takes care of tenants’ well-being with advanced technologies and unique services. The excellent reputation of the building is certainly a result of cooperation of the project’s authors from Bogle Architects studio and a team of CRESCO GROUP professionals who made it possible to replace a former parking zone on the high-profile corner of Veterná and Staromestská streets with this modern project.
